Creating and Assigning Tasks

Haven makes it easy for you and all of your team members to manage all of your to-do items on the Tasks page.  By default, Tasks are displayed in a list view with columns for “All,” “To Do,” “In Progress,” and “Done.”  You can change this view to a grid view using the toggle at the top left of the Tasks page.  On the grid view, you can move Tasks from “To Do” to “In Progress” or “Done” and back again by tapping or clicking on a Task and dragging it from one column to another.

To create a new task, tap or click the “Tasks” link in the navigation pane, tap or click the “New Task” or “Add” button, fill in the requested information, and tap or click the “Create Task” button.
